We’re in good company.

Meeniyan

Less than 5 minutes

With a great historic main street, decent coffee, lots of food options ranging from bakery and pub meals to Cambodian fusion cuisine, Meeniyan is the perfect stop to refuel.

Wilsons Prom

About 40 mins Southeast

The big one. Beaches, wildlife, walks of all grades. Worth the drive if you’re staying in the region for a few days rather than just passing through.

Baromi Park, Mirboo North

About 40 mins Northeast

A big, shady community park with good playground equipment and plenty of room. The monthly market runs on the last Saturday if timing lines up.

Leongatha Wetland

About 15 mins Northeast

Short, easy walking loop. Geese, ducks, birdlife. Good for burning off energy between bigger stops.

Agnes Falls

About 35 mins East

One of Victoria’s tallest single-span waterfalls. Five-minute walk from the carpark, picnic tables, free, open always. Best after rain

Cape Liptrap Lighthouse

About 40 mins South

Rugged coastal scenery, dramatic ocean views, short walk from the carpark. Wild and beautiful, especially on a windy day. Free.

Inverloch

About 25 mins West

A good main strip for lunch and coffee. The Bunurong coastline is the real draw: Eagles Nest is a beautiful coastal lookout, The Caves Beach has rock pools and a genuine dinosaur fossil site kids love.

Venus Bay

About 20 mins Southwest

More of a beach day than a sightseeing stop, but Fishermans Road Playground sits right on the water with a great fenced boat-themed play area, BBQs, birdlife and the odd kangaroo.

Korumburra

About 25 mins North

Well worth a stop for a great main street for a coffee, food and fuel and a stretch. Keep an eye out for markets and events.
